Constant clutter can leave you feeling more stressed and anxious. For a lot of people, the thought of going through it all adds up to a seemingly impossible task. That’s where Morganized Spaces comes in! Let me help you take back your spaces with my all-inclusive organizing services.

I offer these services included in every project at no additional cost:

  • Time spent planning layouts catered to your specific needs

  • Time spent shopping for organizational products and supplies

  • Light cleaning of space – only necessary cleaning for the particular project

  • Custom printed labels to help maintain systems

  • Donation or dump items hauled away – limited to one car load

Rates & Packages

  • Complementary Consultation – At Morganized Spaces I offer an in-person, no obligation consultation for clients in Missoula, MT and the surrounding area. This is when we will discuss your spaces and start designing life-changing solutions. The sessions last roughly 90 minutes in which we discuss the project thoroughly before you commit and I start to plan.

  • Service Rates – I charge $75/hour for organizational and moving services. This does not include additional charges for organizing product or other related fees.

  • Product Charges – For any products purchased from Morganized Spaces’ inventory or that I shop for myself I charge a 10% increase on retail prices. This is to cover time and inventory costs as I offer a selection of products. No charge if you already have product on hand or want to purchase some yourself.

  • Dump Fees – If items being hauled away cannot be donated I will charge an additional fee to cover dump costs.

Do I have to throw my things away?

Absolutely not! It’s not about getting rid of what you own but instead finding new organizing solutions that better serve your needs. I will never throw anything away without a client’s express permission. When the client is not present for the session, I will separate anything that is slightly questionable to go through with them afterward.

 

Do I need to be at home during the organization?

That is a decision I leave to each individual client to make. During the consultation, we will thoroughly discuss your spaces for me to better understand the ways you use each area, what is working in the space, and what is causing unneeded stress. During this time I take extensive notes so I am getting to know YOU and your specific needs. After that, you are welcome to be as involved in the process as you want. If sorting, color coding, or labeling sound like fun tasks, please feel free to join in. I feel clients often learn more about maintaining their new systems if they are part of the organizational process. On the other hand, my goal is to make your life easier. So if you’d rather leave things in my capable hands, feel free. Go about your busy schedule and come home later to a fresh, Morganized space!

 

How do I get the process started?

First, contact me to schedule a free 90-minute consultation. This is when I will walk through your home with you and ask you 10 million questions to get to know you and the needs of your spaces. Then get excited about the future potential of your organized spaces!

 

Do I need to clean first?

Not even a little bit. I actually prefer to see your spaces in their natural habitats, so to speak. The best way for me to learn what is working and what isn’t is to see the space in its current normal state. There is no judgment from me and no need for embarrassment from you whatsoever. Remember, I’m no stranger to disorganization and the sight of your cluttered spaces doesn’t scare me one bit.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments in cash, card or check. Clients will be invoiced before the service and payment is due in full at the start of the session. Checks can be made out to Morganized Spaces. Additional costs for product or known dump fees will be included in invoices. There will also be a charge of $35 for any returned checks along with additional fees for unpaid account balances.

 

Are there any additional expenses aside from your rates?

Yes. I charge a 5% increase on retail prices for any organization product I purchase or from Morganized Spaces’ inventory. There is also a $40 dump fee for any carloads that cannot be donated and must be dumped. Other additional expenses include shipping fees, parking, and travel charges, among others. These costs are the client’s responsibility and will be billed at the time of service.
